Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 5-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During high-volume periods, order processing may take an additional 2-3 days. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery estimates depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may deliver within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express. The available methods and associated costs will be presented at checkout.
  • We partner with reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely.

International Shipping:

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications if the order has already been processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace the item if necessary.
