Returns & Exchanges

At Ally Bee Design, each piece is thoughtfully made to order. Because of the custom nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review your order carefully prior to purchase.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at ally@allybeedesign.com with your order number and photographs. We will promptly review and provide a resolution if approved.

European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, a 14-day cancellation right applies in accordance with EU regulations. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom and personalized pieces are excluded.
