Implementing a new modern typeface, Mr Eaves, created a sophisticated, clean design for new marketing materials, internal community event promotion, and community communications. Further, Pine Crest School has deep traditions and norms regarding their community engagement. Through careful consideration and changes, Pine Crest School underwent a graphic update and rebrand; the largest since the school's inception in 1934. Through a variety of modern techniques, technologies and strategies, Pine Crest School maintained their elegance and tradition, while attracting and instilling the pillars of Pine Crest School's mission, vision, and values of character, education and leadership. Ally Bee Design is central to Pine Crest's current branding, and we continue to provide consulting and design for future communications.
Holistic Community Integrated Technology Solution and Implementation
Ally Bee Design designed, developed and implemented HubSpot technology at Pine Crest School, which streamlined and continues to increase efficiency in communicating with Pine Crest School's community of stakeholders including: students, parents, alumni, grandparents, and new prospective families.
-Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
-Marketing: Attracting potential families by engaging with them using Student, Faculty, and Alumni Stories
-Sales: Converting routing prospective and current families through one-on-one communication with the correct Pine Crest point of contact
-Services: Managing student, parent, and alumni requests via a service ticket pipeline(s) by department. Eliminating duplicate requests, misrouted messages an unnecessary communication delays.
Through a partnership of Pine Crest School and their HubSpot technology, Pine Crest has seen significant time savings, while collecting vastly more data. This has provided staff more time to focus and plan for their goals. In fact, staff report spending far less time answering repeat questions and requested and collecting information. For members of the staff operation challenges are now easily solvable using client provided data.
Blending visual storytelling and technology automation, Pine Crest School increased communication efficiency and automated lead generation with HubSpot technologies. They have integrated with other independent school databases by attracting, converting, closing, delighting, tracking/analyzing communications, streamlining technologies, and automating repeatable workflows for all departments.
Strategic Plan & Future Ready Digital Marketing Strategies
We assisted Pine Crest School implement their digital and inbound marketing lead generating campaigns for admission, summer programs. Landing pages generated 6,706 leads through downloading the summer program brochure. Admission generated 871 leads for downloading the application checklist. The chatbot gained new leads and helped families receive answers to their questions faster helping over 450 individuals with their HubSpot Knowledge Database.
Through the implementation of landing pages, such as the 2019 Summer Brochure premium download, the 6,706 leads provides the school the flexibility and engagement to grow their programs, while leaving HubSpot to collect information to plan future programs and successfully forecast demand.
The chatbot, as seen on the admissions home page, provides answers, while also collecting leads and information regarding missing information for potential families. Automating answers through a bolstered HubSpot Knowledge Database gives the team more time to answer and tend to important parental concerns and questions, while leaving commonly asked questions to the chatbot. Further using the data from parents can help to shape ongoing developmental strategies and programs to serve your community and students. Pine Crest's Knowledge Base has continued to grow and serve their community.
Campaign Themes & Development Fundraising
Together we developed the School's campaign annual visual branding campaigns "Imagine the Possibilities" and "Future Ready" to attract prospective families, engage current families, alumni, grandparents, and faculty to raise donations for Pine Crest School's.
In 2017-18 School year, our digital fundraising strategy for the inaugural #GivingTuesday campaign raised $1.5M for the school in 24-hours, exceeding our original fundraising goal of $100K. By marrying storytelling, community engagement, and social media strategies the marketing communications and development teams worked together to combine small donations with a large donor match to start the annual fund off with a boost before the holiday season began.
As a member of the team that revolutionized fundraising, by expanding beyond traditional fundraising, we used innovative social media strategies. By enhancing the ability of video, commonality, and storytelling, through alumni, student and faculty Interviews, we leveraged community, hype and duty to stakeholders in the Pine Crest School community. The 24-Hour Virtual Campaign built trust and teamwork, being that all individual donations were then matched by 3 members of the Pine Crest Board.
